My woodshop is my toolbox. A very, very big toolbox. In fact, I added up my tools recently. It’s hard to believe I have more than 12,000 and still counting.

You may ask, Scott, why so many? I have been a woodworker for more than 40 years. So the tools just add up. But more importantly, I have all these tools because they empower me to build and do new things.

And, when you think about it, the tools in one person’s toolbox are unique to that person. The jobs at hand require the tools of the moment that makes the work go faster, easier and better. At the very minimum, a tool purchases depends on the work that needs to be done.

But even after all this, a Unisaw is the soul of my shop – I mean, toolbox.
