- Is the nozzle reusable?
- Yes. For the tube, we recommend removing the nozzle after each use and replacing the cap to store tube (nozzle can hang from side of tube).For the nozzle, let sealant cure completely and then remove cured sealant manually.
- For the cartridge, let sealant cure in nozzle completely and then remove cured sealant manually.
- Can Gorilla Sealant be used as an adhesive?
- Yes, Gorilla Sealant can be used as an adhesive for light duty applications. For heavy duty applications, we would recommend Gorilla Construction Adhesive.
- Will Gorilla Sealant bond plastic/vinyl/rubber?
- Gorilla Sealant may be used on PVC pipes, but not in high-pressure applications. Gorilla Sealant may not work well on certain difficult to bond plastics, such as polyethylene (PE) and polypropylene (PP), or certain types of rubber with high oil or plasticizer content.
- Is Gorilla Sealant food safe?
- Gorilla Sealant is compliant for incidental food contact per FDA 21CFR177.2600.
- How do I remove Gorilla Sealant from my surface?
- To clean surface while Sealant is still wet/uncured, wipe off wet sealant immediately with a dry cloth. Isopropyl alcohol (IPA) may be used according to manufacturer’s instructions. For cured/dried sealant use mechanical means such as scraping or sanding.
- What should I do if I think a human or animal ingested Gorilla Sealant?

- How do I remove Gorilla Sealant from body/skin?
- We strongly recommend wearing gloves while working on any project using Gorilla Silicone Sealants. If you do get sealant on your fingers or nails please follow these steps:
1) Wipe off as much sealant as possible with a dry cloth.
2) When most of the sealant is removed from fingers, wash hands with soap and warm water.
3) If sealant is cured, carefully rub or roll adhesive off of fingers.
