We strongly recommend wearing gloves while working on any project using Gorilla Clear Grip. If you do get Clear Grip on your fingers or nails please follow these steps:
- Rinse skin with water.
- If glue is cured, carefully peel or roll adhesive off of fingers. Then wash your hands with soap and warm water.
- How should Gorilla Clear Grip® be stored?
- After each use, wipe nozzle with a dry cloth and tightly replace cap. Store in a cool, dry location. Tip: for easier re-opening, apply a thin coat of petroleum jelly to the threads before replacing cap.
- What surfaces does Clear Grip® adhere to?
- Gorilla Clear Grip® can be adhered to many surfaces including:
Wood, Metal, Stone, Ceramic, Glass, Plastic*, PVC, Brick, Concrete, Foam, Paper, Rubber, Fabric, and Laminate.
*NOTE: Not recommended for use on polystyrene, polypropylene or polyethylene products. Not for use on food contact surfaces. Do not dry clean. May cause damage to finished surfaces.
- Is Gorilla Clear Grip® food safe?
- Clear Grip® should not be used around food.
- How do you clean up Gorilla Clear Grip®?
- When using Clear Grip®, it is best to wear safety glasses and chemical resistant gloves.
To clean uncured adhesive: wipe uncured adhesive with a dry cloth and clean with acetone, isopropyl alcohol, or citrus based solvents according to manufacturer’s instructions. Cured adhesive may be removed by scraping from surface.
