Gorilla Ultimate Sealant Kitchen & Bath forms a durable, 100% waterproof seal that withstands wet, humid conditions. This smooth, tack-free hybrid formula outperforms 100% silicone, offering superior flexibility, a faster water-ready time, and a finish that can be painted to match your project. It bonds to wet or dry surfaces and won’t shrink, crack, or discolor, while providing lifetime mold resistance* for long-lasting protection.
*Cured sealant is resistant to mold. Cured sealant must be cleaned regularly with soap and water to prevent growth on top of the sealant.
TO OPEN:
1) Unscrew and remove the nozzle from the top of the cartridge.
2) Cut the plastic tip of the cartridge above the threads.
3) Replace the nozzle and cut the tip at a 45° angle to your desired bead size.
TO USE: All surfaces should be clean and free of dirt, grease, oil, and old sealant. For gaps larger than 1/2 inch, use a backer rod. Best applied above 40°F (5°C).
1) Insert cartridge into a caulk gun.
2) Apply sealant, pushing the bead ahead of the nozzle.
3) Smooth the bead immediately after application, before a skin forms.

15 MINUTE WATER-READY: Based on a 3/16" bead at 70°F (21°C) and 50% humidity, it can be exposed to water in as little as 15 minutes. Otherwise, wait 24 hours.
CLEAN-UP: Wipe off wet sealant immediately with a dry cloth. If necessary, use isopropyl alcohol according to the solvent manufacturer’s instructions.
STORAGE: Store in a cool, dry location with a nozzle attached. To re-use the product, remove the nozzle and clean out the cured sealant from the tip.
COVERAGE: 50 linear ft. using 3/16" bead
SERVICE TEMP: -40°F to 350°F (-40°C to 176°C)
CURE TIME: 24 - 72 hours. Cure time will increase with lower temperature, humidity, and larger bead size.
NOTE: Do not use on contaminated surfaces. Not for use in underwater applications or aquariums. It can be painted with acrylic/latex paint in as little as 30 minutes at 70°F and 50% humidity. Otherwise, wait 4 hours. Apply paint with reduced brush/roller pressure to avoid disturbing the sealant. Best if painted within 24 hours. Not for use with oil-based paints. Not water cleanup.

- Is the nozzle reusable?
- Yes. For the tube, we recommend removing the nozzle after each use and replacing the cap to store tube (nozzle can hang from side of tube).For the nozzle, let sealant cure completely and then remove cured sealant manually.
- For the cartridge, let sealant cure in nozzle completely and then remove cured sealant manually.
- Will Gorilla Sealant bond plastic/vinyl/rubber?
- Gorilla Sealant may not work well on certain low surface energy plastics, such as polyethylene (PE) and polypropylene (PP), or rubbers with high oil or plasticizer content. Gorilla Sealant may be used on and around PVC pipes. Do not use to fix leaks on high pressure pipes.
- Is Gorilla Sealant food safe?
- Gorilla Sealant is not recommended for direct or indirect food contact and should not be considered food safe.
- How do I remove Gorilla Sealant from my surface?
- To clean surface while Sealant is still wet/uncured, wipe off wet sealant immediately with a dry cloth. Isopropyl alcohol (IPA) may be used according to manufacturer’s instructions. For cured/dried sealant use mechanical means such as scraping or sanding.
- What should I do if I think a human or animal ingested Gorilla Sealant?
