Gorilla Wall Repair Kit contains all of the tools you need to complete strong, durable repairs on walls, ceilings and both small and large holes.
- Prep the area
Clean and dry the surface of dirt, dust or debris. Sand outside areas of the hole to remove uneven edges and debris. - Apply the patch
Remove the liner. Adhere patch to the wall over the hole, smooth out the mesh with the knife.
Note: For larger holes, using a patch or backing is recommended. - Spread the compound
Apply spackling compound over the patch with the putty knife, covering the mesh completely. - Let it dry
Allow the compound to fully dry (dry time may vary based on temperature and humidity).
Optional Steps:
Sand for a smooth finish: The product has been formulated to have a smooth texture similar to drywall. However, Gorilla Wall Repair can be sanded to ensure an even finish that blends with the surrounding wall.
Paint to match: Touch up with paint to match the surrounding wall for a seamless, professional-looking repair.
